Tommy Lee-1-819x1024Thomas Lee Bass is an American musician from Greece . He was the founder of heavy metal band Motley Crue. Lee is the long-term drummer for Motley Crue, and is also the creator of Methods of Mayhem, a hip-hop metal group. He has also pursued solo musical projects. Lee is a PETA member and a fervent advocate for animal rights. Lee wrote Terry Prather in protest of Tilikum's treatment back in 2010. Lee believes that the animal should be set free and stated that SeaWorld did not agree, since Tilikum is their main sperm donor. Lee expressed his displeasure with SeaWorld's incompetence and strange methods of obtaining Tilikum fertile. Lee claimed that he'd not want to see trainers dying, since these tragedies were due to the whales' aversion towards being held in captivity.
